The room was clean and comfortable, with no complaints. The shower facilities were shared but well-maintained. The continental breakfast provided was satisfactory. The staff at the front desk, especially the young employees, were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
The receptionist was rude and disorganized, giving incorrect directions and seeming annoyed when asked for assistance. Some amenities, such as pillows and utensils, were lacking or in poor condition.

Pleasant staff, attentive service, and quick breakfast service. However, during my stay in June, the heat was turned off and the building was chilly. It's conveniently located for exploring Gros Morne, and the room was clean and peaceful. The spacious accommodations were a budget-friendly option for our short stay.

The location of the accommodations was ideal, as it was close to the walking trails in the area, allowing us to explore nature easily. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra amenities upon request. We enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning, which was a convenient and satisfying start to our day.
We did experience some difficulty in reaching the staff initially, as the primary contact number connected us to a common area instead of the proper channels. This caused confusion and delays in obtaining necessary information about the accommodations.

The studio was well-equipped with a kitchen unit, allowing me to prepare my own coffee and snacks. the cleanliness of the studio and its private bathroom was impressive. the staff were enthusiastic, efficient, and eager to please.
The lack of cutlery and dishes in the room was a disappointment. Although there was a stove and a fridge, I couldn't cook or eat because of this omission.
